Microsoft Power Apps allows you to quickly develop small accounting applications, but there is a technological limitation of working with more than 2,000 records, which in this case had to be solved in order to realize all the necessary functions and integrations with external data sources.
Computer and phone application
Microsoft Power Apps is installed on an Android or iOS phone, so these applications work in both environments. The phone application is designed less for data entry and more for scanning QR codes and receiving information at various warehouse locations. On the other hand, in the application designed for the computer screen, more information input and viewing options were provided.
